Saad Samir and Ali Maaloul, our defenders, have carried out a recovery session aside from the team’s training session on Tuesday at the University of Pretoria stadium.
Maaloul is currently performing the final phase of his rehabilitation program, in order to rejoin the team’s full training sessions.
Dr. Ahmed Abu Abla, head of Al Ahly’s medical staff, stated that Maaloul has recovered from his hamstring muscle injury and he will be fit for the game against RS Berkane in the CAF Super Cup.
Moreover, Saad Samir continued his rehabilitation program to be fully recovered from fatigue.
Finally, the Red Eagles had their first training session in Pretoria at the University of Pretoria stadium, as part of our preparations for Mamelodi Sundown’s game in the second leg of the CAF Champions League quarter-finals.
